Mathidia Mathematics Academy is an online mathematics education service operated by ASM Professional Services, a company registered in the Netherlands. 2. Worldwide access and applicable website policies
Mathidia is accessible online from many countries, subject to technical availability and any restrictions required by law. Our Terms & Conditions and published policies apply wherever the academy is used, always subject to applicable mandatory law. Worldwide accessibility does not mean the service holds local education licences, approvals or accreditation in every country, and reading a notice does not by itself constitute consent to optional processing.
3. Applicable law and mandatory rights
Our terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as applicable to your location or institutional agreement. This does not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, child-protection or other statutory rights you have where you live, prevent a complaint to a competent regulator, or restrict access to a court available under mandatory law. Where this notice conflicts with another term, non-waivable rights take priority.
4. Educational and curriculum disclaimer
Mathidia is a supplementary mathematics academy following British curriculum pathways — Years 7 to 11, Advanced Mathematics (Years 12, 13 and Further Mathematics) and University Mathematics — and practical mathematics for adult learners and professionals. It is not a school, university, examination board or awarding body (such as AQA, Edexcel, OCR or Cambridge), and it does not issue officially recognised qualifications or replace compulsory education or a qualified teacher. We do not guarantee any grade, examination result or professional outcome.
5. Intelligent tutoring and automated marking
Explanations, hints, worked steps, generated practice questions, weekly examinations, performance reports and automated marking are learning aids. They can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Check anything that matters — coursework, formal exam preparation or professional calculations — against your teacher, official syllabus material or a qualified professional. 6. Learners, minors and supervision
Mathidia is designed for learners aged 11 and above, including adults and professionals. Learners under 16 need a parent or guardian, whose confirmation is required before lessons, practice and examinations unlock. Parents and schools should supervise younger learners' use. A parent's email confirmation does not independently verify legal parental authority, and our Child Safety and Privacy policies explain the controls and their limits.
7. Trials, subscriptions and pricing
Visitors may read public pages, view media and review pricing without an account. Every new account may start a single 3-day free trial with no card and no automatic charge. Paid plans are separate purchases with price, currency, billing interval and renewal terms shown before checkout; prices include VAT. Cancellation, statutory withdrawal and refund rights follow our Refunds & Cancellation policy and mandatory law.
