Billing
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period (every month, 3 months, 6 months or year) until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in My subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?

About the academy
Which ages is Mathidia for?
Learners aged 11 and above: Middle School (from Year 7), Secondary School, Advanced Mathematics and University Mathematics, including adults returning to study.
Does it match my curriculum?
Mathidia follows the British curriculum (Key Stage 3, GCSE, A Level, Further Mathematics and university). Learners on other curricula choose the British year that matches their level.
Do I need a school account?
No. Individual learners and families can subscribe directly.

How is my level decided?
Your age and curriculum set your starting point, and your practice results adjust it as you go.
What happens when I get something wrong?
You get an explanation of the misconception, an alternative method and targeted revision.
Are certificates included?
Yes, certificates are awarded for completed courses and demonstrated mastery.

Who can see my child's data?
Only linked parents, their assigned teachers and the student. Access is role-based and audited.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the account area at any point.
