What we mean by cookies
Mathidia uses cookies and similar browser storage — including localStorage, which is how most of your settings and offline progress are kept on your own device. Everything below applies to both.
The three categories
Functional — your choice
Remember accessibility and display settings, language and curriculum, speech preferences, your saved lesson position and locally stored practice progress.
Analytics — your choice
Anonymous, aggregated measurement of which lessons work and where learners get stuck. Nothing analytical is loaded until you allow it.
No marketing cookies
Mathidia runs no advertising and sets no marketing or ad-network cookies anywhere on the site, including on pages used by children. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent separately before any such cookie is set.
Managing your choice
- Choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences when the banner appears
- Reopen the choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer
- Declining non-essential cookies never limits your access to learning
- Your browser settings can also block or clear cookies and site storage at any time
Third-party cookies
Signing in with Google means Google sets its own cookies during that sign-in flow, under Google's privacy policy. Embedded video on the site is served from our own domain, so it sets no third-party cookies. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of processors.
